Episode 69 is the fourth episode of the second season of Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?

Summary[]

Buggs Zapper steals the canning process from Paris, France, in the year 1809.

At the time of the crime, Buggs taunts the Time Pilots and states that he's in a time when Englishman Peter Durand invented tin cans, which came in handy for the Royal Navy during the Napoleonic Wars and the War of 1812. Once in 1812, the time pilots play Global Pursuit in the early 1800s.

Later, the time pilots meet a female Mexican immigrant who is planning her own wedding using canned vegetables. Her clues related to a cannery strike in California lead the time pilots to 1939, where Buggs Zapper sabotages the Chronoskimmer, necessitating a Data Boost.

After the Data Boost, Recyclo-Man comes in with a clue related to watches made from recycled soda cans, which lead the time pilots to 1994, where the time pilots reclaim the canning process.

Jason captures Buggs Zapper, but Carmen escapes when Jason answers the last question incorrectly.
