Episode 104 is the thirty-ninth episode of the second season of Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?

Summary[]

Dr. Belljar steals the Roman Gladiators who were under the care of Galen from the Roman Empire in 157.

At the time of the crime, Kevin and the time pilots meet a medieval barber trained in surgical practices who gives clues directing them to Belljar in the 1200s, where he zaps their 'fact-fuel'.

After a Data Boost, the Chronoskimmer gets pulled into an evil parallel universe, where the evil Kevin and Commissar track the 'good' Carmen to 1842, when ether was first used to make surgeries less painful. In our dimension, Kevin and the time pilots follow Belljar and play Global Pursuit in the 1840s.

Following a clue from Dr. Belljar, the time pilots chase him to the 1960s, when the first successful heart transplant was performed in South Africa. There, they take back the Galen's Gladiators.

Anthony captures Dr. Belljar, but Carmen escapes because of Anthony missing two question and his slow speed on pulling two ropes at the 2nd and 3rd time portals.
