The V.I.L.E Hard Drive is a device used for storing computer data. Once every year on December 1st, V.I.L.E.'s bookkeeper, Cookie Booker delivered one of these hard drives to the Isle of V.I.L.E., brought to the island in person and by boat for security reasons. The information on the hard drive had to be uploaded manually to the isolated central servers, due to V.I.L.E.'s mistrust of wireless uploading.
The drive that was annually delivered to V.I.L.E. Island contained sensitive data concerning operation reports and projected earnings, as well as classified information supplied by V.I.L.E. operatives from all over the world. Using this information Cookie Booker planned out V.I.L.E.'s budget for the coming fiscal year, which was also on the drive.
