Carmen Sandiego: The Keys to the Kremlin Caper (a.k.a. Where on Google Earth is Carmen Sandiego?) is the third game in a trio of Google Earth web games, based on the Carmen Sandiego Netflix series.
Plot[]
Paperstar, a dastardly VILE operative and master origami maker, is making trouble on Google Earth. The Keys to the Kremlin have been stolen from Russia. Your job: investigate the scene of the crime in Moscow, track down the criminals and recover the loot.
Paperstar stole jewels from the Kremlin. People gave clues that indicated she traveled to New Zealand. Paper Star is tracked to Wellington, New Zealand, where she studied wildlife, and was seen buying things and departing to Rome, Italy and San Francisco, U.S.A. Finally, Paper star is tracked to the grasslands of Africa where she was caught.
