Otto Readmore is a librarian from New York who also works for V.I.L.E. When player noticed finds a clue, he comes and tries to catch them.
He appears in Carmen Sandiego Word Detective and in Carmen Sandiego's ThinkQuick Challenge where he is referred to as Gnash.
