Summary[]

Jacqueline Hyde steals Haiti from St. Domingue in the year 1791.

At the time of the crime, Kevin and the time pilots meet Frederick Douglass, who gives clues directing them to the 1840s.

In the 1840s, the Engine Crew sings clues directing the pilots to when Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation in the 1860s.

After hearing clues foolishly given by Jacqueline, Kevin and the time pilots chase her to the year 1995 and retrieve Haiti.

Clifford captures Jacqueline Hyde, but Carmen escapes because of Clifford's slow speed coupled with missing only the first two questions.
