Baron Wasteland is one of Carmen's henchmen in "Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego?". He is a wealthy aristocrat who loves pollution and enjoys destroying the environment. He only appears in Season 1. Afterwards, he is replaced by Buggs Zapper. His last appearance was in Carmen Sandiego Adventures in Math.
