The Chronoskimmer is an ACME time-traveling device created by Ivan Idea. It appears in the adventure game Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego? also in the animated TV series Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?

In the game's opening sequence, Carmen and her gang of V.I.L.E. time bandits steal the Chronoskimmer and use it to travel back in time to steal historical objects. After the player recovers the Chronoskimmer, they use it to chase down Carmen in the final confrontation.
