Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?[]

In Episode 33, the Time Pilots meet a female patron of the 1939 New York World's Fair. Strangely enough, although she has seen President Roosevelt himself make an appearance on TV, this patron doesn't think that television will quite catch on.

In Season 2, Episode 4, the Time Pilots meet a Mexican immigrant woman who works at the California Sanitary Canning Company and uses its employees' jargon. She describes the Cal-San workers' strike of 1939, which is the Time Pilots' next destination.
