Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?[]

In Episode 31, Dr. Belljar taunts the Time Pilots by bragging that he's in a country led by Napoleon III. There, the Bon Marché just opened, thus introducing fixed prices. His clues lead the Time Pilots to France in the 1850s, specifically 1852.

In Episode 38, the Time Pilots meet Norbert Rillieux, a freeman of color who has just invented a sugar refinery machine. Unfortunately for him, Louisiana has just passed discriminatory laws lately, and tensions are rising between the states. Therefore, Norbert Rillieux is moving to Paris, where he will live out the rest of his life. His clues lead the Time Pilots to the 1850s, perhaps around the year 1854.
